Minmore Cottage was originally in use as a farm office at Minmore and had become derelict. The building was lovingly restored and rebuilt in 2014 and has been turned in to a beautiful two bedroom luxury cottage.

The cottage has a two spacious double rooms the master room being on suite and has wheelchair access. There is a large Bathroom complete with a large bath and walk in power shower. The whole cottage has under floor heating and has a wood burning stove. The new kitchen has been done to a very high standard and is fully kitted out with all the appliances you could want including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer. There is also a separate utility room complete with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron to the side of the kitchen. The living room has been furnished in a classic style and there is Free Sat TV, internet access and a music system. The main highlight of the living room is the large French windows that give a breath taking view of Ben Rinnes and the Braes of Glen Livet.
